The Buddhist Club wants to impose as few regulations as possible for all of our Members.
- The Membership Title is not a service or purchasable good. It is offered to any person who adheres to the club rules and requests membership. A membership cannot be loaned, rented to passed down to any other person. The Buddhist Club reserves it’s right to accept or deny membership to applicants. A recommendation of membership by an already existing member is not necessary but it may count toward gaining said membership.
- The Buddhist Club is a smoker’s club. All members must adhere to this rule and any membership request is made in accordance to it. There are no smoke free zones and all non-smokers unquestionably must agree and follow this rule as soon as they request membership.
- Any person over the age of 18 years may become a member after his or her request has been approved.
- The Membership Card is released immediately after approval by one of The Buddhist Managers present.
- Membership Status is available for 5 years following it’s approval and release of the Membership Card.
- In case a Membership Card is lost or has expired, another will be released upon request.
- The Buddhist Club does not require a specific attire in order to gain access to the Club. All that is asked of our Members is to behave and dress with decency.
- In case of violent, indecent behavior or conflict between members and/or staff, following an evaluation by the mangers persent, a temporary or permanent loss of membership may be possible.
- In case of conflict between guests and other members or staff, the guest loses access to The Buddhist Club permanently.
- Any use of illegal substances or narcotics is in direct violation of Romanian Law. The use of such substances or narcotics are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this rule will lead to permanent loss of membership and notification of the corresponding law enforcement branch.
- Breaking any of the rules set by The Buddhist Club may lead to temporary or permanent loss of membership.
